Personally, the biggest achievement I can take away from these past four months has been the manner in which I have stopped restricting myself with foods that make me happy. In fact, I deserve everything I eat when I follow the training plans Rachel has created for me. Not to mention, my body shape has completely changed for the better and I have replaced body fat with lean muscle and toned up all around.
This lifestyle which Rachel has introduced me to is finally sustainable and, therefore, a no brainer!

12 WEEKS TO FOOD FREEDOM FOREVER - MEET YOUR COACH RACHEL

Hey I'm Rachel and I've completely changed by life around. I went from living on 200-300 calories a day, lost all interest in everything around me, and took a very fast downward spiral into self harm and suicidal thoughts. I was left with no hope and no where to turn. I was lost. Fast foward 7 years later, I now am CEO of my own business, i've taken back my interest in everything life has to offer, i see the world diffrently then most people because of the disease i and so many have been through. I am one of the few lucky ones who make it out of this  and although i don't work directly with those suffering from eating disorders.... I was given this voice and experience so i will do what i can with the time i have left on this earth to help as much as i can. I'm quite simply stick of women going from diet to diet and going through restrictive cycles, feeling miserable,  in an attempt to live up to society's standards. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.
